Das Deutsch-Amerikanische Institut (d.a.i.) Tübingen fördert den Dialog und die Freundschaft zwischen Deutschen und Amerikanern wie auch anderen Nationalitäten in Tübingen und der Welt. Das binationale Forum für den deutsch-amerikanischen Kulturaustausch informiert LehrerInnen, SchülerInnen, ManagerInnen, WissenschaftlerInnen oder einfach an Amerika Interessierte zu Unterschieden und Gemeinsamkeiten, der Kultur und der Sprache, der Gesellschaft und der Politik beider Länder. Das Angebot des d.a.i. umfasst Sprachkurse, Vorträge, Lesungen, Filmklassiker und aktuelle Filme, Konzerte, Ausstellungen, Original-Lesestoff, DVDs, Partys, Stammtische, Reisen, Jugend-Camps, interkulturelles Training, Bildungsprojekte und vieles mehr.

The Deutsch-Amerikanische Institut (d.a.i.) Tübingen promotes dialog and friendship among Germans and Americans as well as other nationalities in Tübingen and the world. The bi-national forum for German-American cultural exchange provides information for teachers, students, managers, scientists, and people with a general interest in America. The d.a.i. further helps them learn about the differences and the similarities, the culture and language, the society and politics of these two countries. The d.a.i. offers: language courses, lectures, readings, workshops, classic and contemporary films, concerts, theater performances, exhibitions, original reading material, databases and DVDs, parties, “Stammtische”, trips to different parts of the U.S., Youth Camps, intercultural training, and much more.
