Idyllisch im Spitalhof-Garten gelegen, zentral in Möhringen, unter einem Dach mit der städtischen Musikschule und dem örtlichen Heimatmuseum, sind wir eine wichtige Anlaufstelle für Kultur und Weiterbildung, für Kinder und Erwachsene. 1961 eröffnet, bietet die Stadtteilbliothek ein breites und modernes Medienangebot für Jung und Alt, für Familien und alle interessierten Bürger. Mit über 3000 Besuchern im Monat sind wir trotz begrenzter Räumlichkeiten eine gute genutzte Bibliothek: ein Aufenthaltsort und Treffpunkt für Musikschul-Besucher, Mütter mit Kindern, Parkbesucher, Flaneure…

Beautifully located in the garden of the Spitalhof, central in Möhringen and under a single roof with the music school of the city and the local history museum, we are an important contact point for culture and further education for children and adults. In 1961 the Stadtteilbibliothek opened and since then has a broad and modern media offer for all ages, for families and interested citizens. Despite the limited space, with more than 3000 visitors a month we are nevertheless a well-received library: a whereabout and meeting point for visitors of the musical school, mothers with their children, visitors of the park, strollers…
